Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
1. Paypal (debit and credit card transactions)
2. Money Order
3. Personal Cheque
Shipping
On the day the order is placed and the money is received you have to allow for time to create and deliver the item. In this case it will take approximately between 2-4 weeks from the time of ordering to the time of delivery depending on the item. Once you place your order I will send you an email advising you how long it will take to expect your item. All items are shipped via Canada Post in North America and International orders are shipped via Canada Post International.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy, so for any reason you are not satisfied with your item or your item does not appear to be the item you purchased you may contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item and I can try to solve any issues. In this case if you are not completely satisfied you can return the item as long as the item is in its' original form although you will be responsible for any postal charges at this point. We also have the option to exchange the item with another item of equal or lesser value. Whatever the issue we can solve it together.
